We are flexible around each individual person’s needs. Generally Monday to Friday 9AM – 7PM. Upon prior agreement, some bank holidays, evenings or weekends may be worked. We do not work nights.
If less than 24 hours notice is given we would invoice you for an hour. We can be flexible to make up hours lost at another time if required. We would not expect you to pay us when you are on holiday or when we are on holiday, we kindly request a fortnights notice.
We work with young people and adults with disabilities who are on a personal budget or who wish to pay privately.
We do consider some personal care. We are not registered with CQC as a care provider as our activities don’t equate with the criteria in the scope of registration. CQC state if a person, or a related third party on their behalf, makes their own arrangement for personal care, and the carer works directly for them and under their control without an agency or employer involved in managing or directing the care provided then they do not need to register. Please feel free to discuss your personal care needs with us.
We are unable to administer any medications but we are happy to prompt or remind you if required.
We are happy to assist and enable the individual in basic tasks around the house to promote their own independence.
We each have public liability insurance in our own names.

Yes we have enhanced CRB clearance.
